Shipping policy

We have a processing time of 3 to 5 business days before our products are shipped. Our team strives to ship your purchases within 24 hours or the next day. If the purchase occurs on a Saturday after 11 am, we will likely ship the product on Monday.

Our products are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Our products take 10 to 20 business days to be delivered.

Our Return Policy

If you still need to return a product, here are the details:

You can return the items within 7 days from the purchase date.

You are responsible for the return shipping fees.

A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the order.

Please fill out the tracking form below for a guaranteed return. We need the tracking number to process the return.

The products must be in new and unused condition.

Products with custom logos are not returnable.

You will receive a full refund for the product, excluding the shipping cost. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used for the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days upon receipt of the product.
